do I return a product? |

To
return a product please email
customer service with your order number and the reason
for return, a Customer Service Specialist will email you
with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
After receiving the RMA number, Clearly mark the RMA #
outside of the box with big black letters and ship back
to the sender address. We
are not responsible for any returns received without the
RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. All
returns received without the RMA number will unfortunately
have to be refused. All returns must be received in new,unused
and resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Any attempt is made to charge back or dispute with the credit card company you will be sent to a collection agency and you will be responsible for the original price plus $150 collection fee.
